Pre-move planning and assessment
Before any commercial move begins, we assess the full scope of what needs to be relocated: furniture, equipment, filing systems, IT hardware, breakroom items, and anything else that needs to move with the business. We identify access conditions at both the origin and destination, note any items requiring special handling, and develop a plan that efficiently sequences the job.
Scheduling around your business hours
We coordinate commercial moves around your operating schedule. If the move needs to happen over a weekend, in the evening, or in stages to keep one location running while the other is being set up, we plan accordingly.
Careful handling of office furniture and equipment
Desks, filing cabinets, conference tables, server racks, monitors, and specialty office equipment all require specific handling to move without damage. Our crew approaches each piece with the appropriate technique and equipment.
Office furniture disassembly and reassembly
Modular workstations, large conference tables, shelving systems, and other office furniture that needs to be broken down for the move are disassembled by our crew and fully reassembled at the new address.
Setup at the new location
We do not consider a commercial move complete until your furniture and equipment are placed where your team needs them. Our crew sets up each area of your new office according to your floor plan.
